Sunrise Facilities · a real organisation

Sign in and have a look round

This is the actual product with an actual database, not a slideshow. Six weeks of attendance, a rota, tasks waiting to be done, leave waiting to be approved and expense claims waiting to be paid. The staff app runs in a phone frame further down the page, so you can try it without leaving. Break whatever you like — we rebuild it with one command.

Ravi is the interesting one: he is habitually a few minutes late, which is why his punctuality score is the lowest on the team. Try the language picker at the top of the sign-in screen before you sign in — it is the first thing on the screen for a reason.

Location is asked for inside the frame, the same as it would be on a phone. Deny it and the app still lets you punch — it records the punch as having no fix.

If you only have five minutes

Six things worth looking at

In rough order of how much they tell you about whether this would work for your business.

1 · Reports → Punctuality

Ravi Kumar is at the top with the worst score. Note that the score is weighted by how late, not just how often — five minutes twice is not the same problem as an hour once, and a number that treats them alike tells a manager nothing they can act on.

2 · Reports → Muster roll

The statutory register layout, one character per day. Days with no attendance record are marked absent rather than left blank, because a blank in that register is a finding at an inspection.

3 · Leave → approve one

Two requests are waiting. Approve one and watch the balance move — and note that weekly offs and holidays inside the dates were never counted against it. Try approving your own and it will refuse you.

4 · Rota & rules

The weekly grid. Half the team is on nights, which is why they are working at the weekend and the day staff are not. Set a stricter geofence for one team and it applies only to them.

5 · Claims

Three expense claims and their receipts. On a mileage claim, the card says whether the distance came from the recorded route or was typed in by hand — the two deserve different scrutiny, and hiding which is which would be dishonest to both sides.

6 · The staff app, as Ravi

In the phone frame above. He sees his own task and his own leave balance, and nothing about anybody else. Open it in a new tab, turn the network off in your browser's dev tools and reload — the app still opens, and a punch made offline waits on the phone.

Being straight with you

What this demo does not show

Payments are not connected yet. You can start a recharge in the Billing screen and get a reference, but there is no checkout at the other end — the payment page is the last thing we are building. Pilot customers are funded by hand until it is done, which is a conversation, not a blocker.
Background location has not run on a real phone. The sampler, the batching and the consent flow are all built and tested, but tracking that has only ever run in a browser tab is not something we will claim works on a device until it has.
WhatsApp needs Meta's approval before the first message goes out. SMS works today, and the app falls back to it automatically.
Face matching is not built. The database is ready for it and the design is settled; the on-device model is not written. Photo and GPS proof are what a pilot uses today.
Five of the seven languages have not had a native-speaker read. They are complete, and a test fails if any string falls back to English mid-screen — but English and Hindi are the two we would put in front of a customer today.
There is no self-serve signup. We create the first customers by hand, on purpose, because the first ten are worth talking to.

Everything else on this page is running in production and you can click it right now. If something looks broken, it probably is — tell us, and you will get a straight answer about it.

It is a shared demo

Other people are clicking around in here too, so the data moves. If it looks odd, that is somebody else mid-experiment rather than a bug.

Please do not put real data in

Anyone with this page can read it, and we wipe the whole organisation whenever we rebuild it. Use your own account for anything that matters.
